Who we are
This site is managed by Neta Daniel, artist and graphic designer.
What we collect
When you submit a contact form we store: your name, contact details (phone or email), and message. We do not collect data without your knowledge.
Purpose of use
Information is used solely to respond to inquiries. We do not sell or share data with third parties for commercial purposes.
Storage and providers
Data is stored via Supabase (database) and Vercel (hosting), acting as our data processors. Inquiry data is stored on Supabase servers in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany), subject to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Transfers are covered by data-processing agreements (DPAs) with the providers.
Analytics
We use only privacy-friendly analytics, with no cookies and no personally identifiable information. We measure aggregate data only: number of views, pages viewed, referral source (referrer domain), country (2-letter code) and device type. We do not store IP addresses. This data is collected in two ways: the Vercel Web Analytics service, and our own internal page-view log stored in Supabase to power the statistics shown in the admin panel. Internal log data is kept for up to 24 months and then deleted automatically. Because there are no cookies and no identifying data, no consent banner is required. If we additionally enable Google Analytics (which uses cookies) in the future, it will load only after you accept it via a consent banner.

Governing version
The Hebrew version is binding; in case of discrepancy the Hebrew text prevails.
